Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Be the Change Butterfly LLC you will receive an order confirmation in the email inbox you provided when you placed your order.

Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the Order Confirmation email in your inbox.

Shipping Info

Please Note: It takes 2–7 business days to create Be the Change Butterfly LLC products.

We ship products world wide.

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer once item is made:

Overnight: next day delivery in the USExpress: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally

Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
Remember: FREE Shipping all the time!

Some items will be shipped separately due to different types of materials being shipped (ie mugs and tee-shirts)

Order Tracking

Once you make an order with Be the Change Butterfly LLC and it has been fully prepared and packed for shipping you will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped.

International Orders (orders outside the U.S.)

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.

The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.  

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via email within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Be the Change Butterfly LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Order Cancellations

We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please send an email to with"Cancel Order" in the subject line and we will honor your request.
